a BA in Teaching and Linguistics and MBA in
Marketing and International Management. Her work
and studies made her travel the world extensively:
she lived and worked in 5 countries and visited 23
more.
When Sorokina moved to the U.S. in 2005 she left a
successful career in a corporate world to become
an entrepreneur.
She started an International Marketing and
Business Development consulting company
“Emerging Markets Advice ”, http://www.emadvice.
com and embarked on an exciting journey of
creating "The Legal Alien's Guide", the guidebook
that will help everyone pursuing a dream of a
successful career in Chicagoland. She achieved all
that before she turned 30!
Currently Tatyana Sorokina is a writer and business
and career consultant. She is a member of Chicago
Council on Global Affairs and National Association
of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She serves
on the Advisory Board and the Diversity Committee
of NAWBO's Chicago Chapter.
